The hotel was located very conveniently in the center of the city near the main square, making it easy to explore. the street it was on was nice and had some buses, which was convenient. the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good with a variety of fresh fruit and juices. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had good heating/AC.

The hotel didn't offer any information or communication in English, which made it difficult for some guests to navigate.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is located on a great street for buses and is just a short walk from the city center, making it very convenient for transportation and exploring this city. Celebrating New Year’s Eve at the hotel was fantastic. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh fruits and juices, and there was early check-in available on the day of our arrival. The location is also very convenient, being just a few minutes’ walk away from the main plaza. The parking on site was very useful too.

We found communication a bit difficult, as not all staff members could speak English. , the room quality was a bit inconsistent.

Spent my Easter vacation at a great hotel near the main square with very friendly staff and enjoyable breakfast. the location was perfect, it only took us 5 minutes to walk to the main square but it was far enough from the noise. I loved that they had fresh fruit and juice options every morning and that they offered to-go breakfast bags for early checkouts. the beds were super comfortable.

Although the staff was very friendly, they only spoke Spanish and made it hard to communicate with them. Another downside was that some rooms had issues with humidity and hot water, even though we got upgraded to a nicer room which was great.
